Here is our complete kit for the suspension on the Pro R & Turbo R model RZRs. This kit is made to replace all of the improperly shanked bolts that Polaris used on the suspension of these RZRs! This kit is available with just the bolts or with our front bulkhead reinforcement kit! This kit includes grade 10.9 M14 bolts for all of the following:
- All 8 shock bolts. Front / Rear Upper & Lower
- All 8 radius rod bolts. Chassis side & trailing arm side
- All 8 front control arm bolts.
- Both trailing arm mounts on the chassis.
- All 4 rear knuckle mounts on the trailing arms.
- Also included are all new yellow zinc coated hardened washers & all metal top locking nuts (not nyloc nuts like other kits)
- ALL of our bolt kits will now include single use packages of both loctite & anti seize! (Loctite goes on the threads, or in the nut. Anti-Seize goes ONLY on the SHANK!)
This kit was created out of demand from our customers who needed the proper bolts so they could rely on their machines down the road. You may not notice issues now but all of these problems are long term and once problems appear the repair bill to fix it is going to be more than the cost of this kit!!
The oem bolts on most of the Pro Rs have a shank that is smaller in diameter than the threads of the bolt!! This creates an area for play in the pivot points of all of the suspension components!!! This is the worst possible place to have any sort of play. This play can create a clunking sound when your suspension components see a load from bumps, jumps, or any kind of impact to the tires.
The other issue with the oem bolts is the shank length is too short for every single RZR!!!
With suspension components you always want a bolts shank to go through both sides of the mounts for that piece of suspension. Thus putting all of the load onto the strongest part of the bolt which is the shank! By not having a bolts shank that’s long enough to go all the way through both sides of the mounts it puts the load of your impacts onto the weakest part of the bolt, which is where the bolt changes from shank to threads! Over time this will start to wallow/oblong out the side of your mounts that has only threads and not shank through it. Ultimately creating even more play than is originally there and the problems will only compound from there! Bent bolts, broken bolts, bent suspension components, the list goes on and on!

Bulkhead Bracket Reinforcement Kit:
This a brand new kit comes with 3 brackets that were CAD designed for the Turbo R & Pro R front suspension mounting points. Kit includes 3 brackets and covers all 8 mounting locations. With the new models having much bigger and more durable arms than previous years, the arms themselves are much less likely to bend or break during impact. All that force still has to go somewhere and it’s going straight into the mounts and into your chassis!! That’s where this kit comes into play!
All of the brackets were laser cut and CNC bent for precision and perfect fitment. The main bulkhead plate covers all 4 of the front mounting points, helping even more to distribute the load around and stiffen that front bulkhead. The two rear brackets go across the chassis tying both upper and lower main frame rails together in two additional locations.
TORQUE BOLTS TO 125 ft lbs
Bolts will be longer than stock, this is the only way to get the shank to be the correct length. Bolts can easily be trimmed down if you have a cutoff wheel and grinder.
